Frequently Asked Questions

A few things couples and hosts often ask us after booking.

The phone can record thousands of messages — there's no practical limit. On average, an event captures between 10 and 150 messages, depending on the number of guests.

You'll receive your recordings as MP3 files via a download link sent to your email, so you can listen on your phone, computer, or save them anywhere you like. We also offer a personalised USB stick with your names and date — just ask us about it!

Your phone arrives fully set up and tested before it's sent out. In the unlikely event of a problem, you'll have an emergency contact for our team, who are on hand during your event.

Yes — you can change your date free of charge up to 14 days before your event. We can't guarantee the same phone model will be available for the new date, though. Get in touch on WhatsApp or by email and we'll arrange it together.
